Feedback
The project on developing communicative skill for teachers and staff members is very fruitful.  Card reading has broken the shackle of hesitation and boosted up confidence. This project has provided a platform for all teachers to speak and develop fluency. It also helped in transforming knowledge among the students. After practicing these cards staff members are using dialogues in their daily life conversation. It made interaction simpler with colleagues, students and with parents. Project helped in learning vocabulary and its usage. The use of dictionary is increased for searching an unfamiliar word. Passage for comprehension helped in improving listening, reading and speaking skill. Structure practiced by teachers make them comfortable with the use of English. This project created an environment of spoken English in school.

This initiative is very useful and much required in order to improve the confidence and enhance the communication skill of the teachers. Communicative cards are quite useful and the passages given are much informative. As you move to the next card, you will find that you have got improvement in your vocabulary. Sentence formation part is interest arousing as it shows variety of sentence making by using simple language items.  It has positive effect on the teachers as well. The teachers have started to infuse their newly learned vocab in their daily life. Overall a good initiative taken by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan.
